So I went over everything in the club, listened to the members that roam around the Grand Hall, listened to Saix, and I've come up with some updates and ideas for the club. It's important that every member reads this, so they are up-to-date as to what is going on.

CHATROOM: Crisis Solved.
It has come to my attention that lately, there have been some "intruders" in the chatroom, meaning they pop in, and start role-playing as if they're members of the club. SOLUTION: I, myself, have categorized the chatroom by every world/group that appears in Kingdom Hearts (ie: Castle Oblivion, Radiant Garden, Sunset Horizons, Hollow Bastion, Traverse Town, etc. you get the idea). After that, I have added every member of the club into their own specific category, based on their character (ie: =autumnk14 roleplays as Saix, so she was put under the "Castle Oblivion" category). All those who are not member in the club are "Visitors", and I, specifically for the Visitors, have turned off their "power to speak", meaning when they join, they can't send messages. They can only either sit back and watch as we roleplay, or they can leave. The chatroom was designed for the members of the club, who have an assigned character.

NEW OPPORTUNITY.
So I was thinking that maybe some people that drop by this page want to be part of the club, but don't want to be a character because either their fave character has been taken, or they don't wanna take on that kind of responsibility. SOLUTION: For those who want to be part of the club, but don't want to be a character, NOW THEY CAN. All they have to do, is drop the club a note, saying they don't want a character, but they would like to be part of the club. Well, yes, that means they can't participate in the tasks, personal tasks, events, games, or talk/roleplay in the chatroom/shoutbox. No, they're not useless! The Watching Members are allowed to send in fan art!!! Also, they are allowed to participate in Contests. Not Club Events (that's for members only), but Contests. Contests are for everyone. So they can always send in fan art, and participate in contests. For them, it's like a regular fanclub.
